When Brass Monkey was 8 years old he discovered his passion for music and through his teenage years every cent he had went straight towards his passion. And one magic night, in the late 90’s, he did his first DJ gig and got hooked.
He experienced that a dance floor can be controlled and de inspired. Nothing could beat the feeling to be the Master of a room filled with happy, dancing people in venue where the sweat was dripping from the ceiling. This night made the foundation of DJ Brass Monkey.
His genres reach from disco, 60’s and 70’s funk, 80’s beats, break beat, electro to proper Hip Hop. But might as well put in some 80’s hits mixed with a reggae tune.
One thing is certain, he loves to surprise his audience!!
